With a new design to enhance the brand’s corporate identity and new IA for better user experience, the revamped website created a more seamless way to promote Hong Kong as a preferred business location


As soccer continues to take the world by storm, English Premier League club West Ham United wanted a way to continually keep their supporters updated and engaged with their favorite team. To do so, we needed a digital strategy that would help bring West Ham supporters around the world closer to the action, on and off the football field.


The new website bridges the gap between social media and traditional football club websites. Features include a text-based radio station West Ham Live and a Live Match Centre for text and audio commentary during matches, along with a stream of live match statistics. The platform also offers Integrated Supporters Clubs to connect global fans, and My West Ham, a personalized page for premium content, exclusive club deals, and voting on key club polls.


Fans embraced the new site immediately with over 10,000 fans signing up as members during the website’s launch month. Fans flocked to the site in droves with record breaking numbers experienced, including over 100,000 unique visitors and over 550,000 page views recorded in a single day, ensuring that they were constantly kept up to date.
