This allowed CLP to track their customers behavior to make better informed decision on how they could potentially save energy

The Ask

China Light and Power wanted to provide a solution for their smart living program that they had created to promote a more sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle. To achieve this, they needed to provide their customers with a way to monitor their energy consumption, the provide suggestions and solutions on how they could reduce their carbon footprint and their consumption through eco-friendly initiatives.

The Idea

We created a native mobile application for both iOS and Android, that integrated with CLP’s custom CRM system to allow users to directly connect to CLP. This allowed CLP to track their customers behaviour to make better informed decision on how they could potentially save energy, how they could provide a more stable and suitable energy grid to Hong Kong, and connect directly with customers to provide personalized news and notification.
