User Experience

User experience is commonly known in the industry as the experience of the end users. This experience takes into consideration a users interactions with products and services, it looks at thier needs and pain-points. This includes everything they interact with; websites, mobile app, wayfinding kiosks and even a brick-and-mortar experience such as standing in a queue at the bank or filling out a loan application form.

The above are the core considerations when we design experiences for our end users, this is especially applicable to digital touch-points for websites, mobile apps and kiosks. By addressing these considerations, we can increase the likelihood of an enhanced user experience thereby increased usage.
